First news!

The website engine is updated, it's now based on [turbogears] (http://www.turbogears.org/).

A lot of bugs must still be ironed out and a lot of features are missing, but the base is here to add content more easily.

Next step:

• Add capability to upload pictures and files
• Add RSS feed
